Why there is no signup

Every tool here is a single HTML file with no server behind it. There is nothing to log in to, nothing to upload, and nothing to store. Save a page to your disk and it keeps working — offline, on a plane, in ten years, after this site is gone.

No page loads a font, a script, a stylesheet, or an image from anywhere but its own file, and none of them call the network at all. Read the source to check: a tool is one file and a few hundred lines.

The number in the header is how many tools are finished. More are planned, and none of them is listed before it works — a tool appears here the day it ships, and a group appears with its first tool.

The filter buttons narrow the page to one group. The search box matches both the name of a tool and the sentence under it.
